the Council and Atty. Yates respond_ng to roll call.
in the absence of l ayor Acker, %vl o had failed to sign the call for the
meeting, Pres. Van Dusen on advice of the Attorney that it is in keep
#ig rtith Charter provisions, signed the call as acting r ayor.
The notice for the meeting was then read, being called for the purpose
of (1) taking action on the proposal of 'Harry C. Schwebke for , the prepa-
ration of zoning maps for the'City2 (2) of having a first reading in
entirety of Ordinance No,. '184 and (3) of having a second reading
section. by section, of Ordinance ;i-183
Councilman Corley, :seconded by Councilman_ Treble, moved that. the meet-
ink be adjourned at 10 P.L. Following discussion on the advisability
of such limitation, vote was called for 'the motion as made, boin
carried by the votes of Councilmen treble, Cot ley Gresham and Pres.

The offer of garry G. Schwebkc to furnish a City atlas for a. total, cost
Of $500.00, payable Ep200.00 with order and the balance upon completion
was read.

ball o, moved that the City Attorney be roqudsted to draw up, up, a resolu-
tion for the appropriation of a 4;500.00 contract payment for the mak-
ing of the zoning and use maps by Harry C. Schtvebko, that $200100 be
made available as a down payment immediately,, and that 4;300.00 be
appropriated in the budget for the coming.- year:. Lotion carried..
