Linutes of the regular meeting of July 15 and of the special mecting of
July 22 were respectively approved as read.
Councilman .3hafer at this point explained the absence of Be Vazquez '
neighbor of the .7ilson Goat Dairy, vho etas supposed to attend 'this meet-
ing, stating that I r.IVazquez had come to him and suggrested that unless
it etas absolutely imperative, he believed it 'better if he did not attend
the meeting; becauso of 'existing animosity. The Council approved this
action.
