The meeting was called to order by Pres. Clark, %,%-ith Mayor Thompson
and Councilmen Shafer, Atwood, Diaples, Barrow, Clark and Bryant
responding to roll call.
Following a discussion on the letter of the American Telephone �c
Telegraph Co. in which it was brought out that their• equipment was
considerably more than outlined i,n their letter and the valuation
placed thereon fair, the discussion turned to the personal property
of the bottled gas r concerns serving residents of South Iviiami, as
well as Consumers .pater Company, and Councilman Yaples� seconded'
by Councilman Bryant, moved that all public utility companies be
as ced .for itemized statements of their property within the City as
of January 11 1947 for tax purposos. lotioi. carried.
Councilman Barrow2 seconded by Councilman Shafer, moved that the
Board accept: the 1G47 assessment roll of real property as filed,, together
with exemptions already granted and allow any others that may be certified Assessor the County Tax Assesso's office. Motion carried by polls as follows

There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned in regular
