Stern for a building ,permit for the re= habilitation of the old burnt -out furniture factory at 16 N. 4th St., t discussed at a prior meeting, was presented with blue prints and speci- fications and on motion of Councilman Shafer, seconded by Councilman Naples, was approved Motion carried.: 1 Councilman Maples, seconded by Councilman ?-"ressley, moved that appraisal fees of 115.00. each be paid J.
