Pres. Barrow read the notice for the meeting which had been called
for the purpose of voting and acting on bids for the proposed. �.

News of August. 24, and additional notic s sent out direct, only one
bid was submittou, that of the �isphalt Paving, Co., totals X3,405.50
on a basis of 350 per yd. i
At this was in line both as to price and type of surfacing agreed
upon as acceptable at a rec.ent public hearing of interested property
owners, Councilman Brown, seconded by Cowiciiman Yaples, moved that
the b the ,asphalt Paving Company as submitted be accepted..
