The meeting was called to order by Pres. Barrow, with Mayor Vander-
boegh, Councilmen Gladden, Shafer, Faust, ,Sapos, Brown and Ba rrovu
respondii to roll call.
Pres. Barrow read the notice for the meeting which had been called
for the ,purpose of taking final action on the 1946` =47 budget and
on the amendment to the Building Permit Fee Ordinances arid, the
1946 Millage Ordinance
Councilman Gladden, seconded by Councilman Faust, moved that Ordinance -c

,155, caption of which follows, be placed on third and final reading
in its entirety. Motion carried;

that Ordinance 14455 be adopted as read. Motion carried by .polls

Following a discussion of banding permit fees on commercial con-
struction, Councilman Brown, seconded by Councilman Gladden, moved
that Ordinance P1541 Caption of which follows, be placed on third
and final' reading in its entirety '.ith an additional ;provision for
