hand of the Dade County rite Division, -the matter of a complaint filed
with him and with 1••ayor Vanderboegh by Donald I.,. Adelson against the ,
City's dump which is also being used by the County. It7. Bailey stated
that at a meeting of the County Commissioners that day the contractor
had been called in and instructed to get busy immediately with plans �r

fer be 'appointed to fill the vacancy on the Council. Motion carried
by poll2 as follows,:

Vhile ibr. Shafer was being sworn in by I:;ayor Vanderboegh, Pres. Bar -,
row announced the transfer of Councilman Sapos to the chairmanship'
of Streets and .arks, and .the appointment of Cowncilman Shafer as
Chairman of Buildings.
