The present dif- ficulty in obtaining material would probably hold up normal progress ► of installations but it was his belief that they could probably get started in about 3 months. There would be a $10.00 tap fee per each installation, and on hydrants, the City would install them and pay _ the water coml. any ,2 .50 per month per hydrant, with the privilege of using, them 'not only far fire but for flushing streets etc. Atty. :'hard suggested that a committee be appointed, including the A City Attorney, to go further into the matter, analyzing the ordinances {. and _franchise facts, stating that the price of installation to the individual would be the main problem. i Vice -Pres.
