The meetins spas called to order by Pres. B� rrow with Councilmen
Gladden, Sapos, Maples and Barrow responding to roll call.'
Minutes of the adjourned meetirry of September 25 were Lpproved as
read.

Copies of a letter' from the Florida Poaler & Light- Company regarding "
the storm damage ana the Company's repair program were distributed
to all Councilmen present.
The only report on the package store case (Dixie Pig vs. City) was
to the effect that each side has 20 days to file its answer to the
recent hearing.
At this point Councilman Brown juinecl the meeting.
Following a discussion, the resignation of E. J. LaGoy as police
officer ,ias presented, and Councilman Brown, seconded by Councilman
Gladden, moved that it be accepted and LaGoy be allowed tsJO vieeks'
pay. I.Iotion'carred by poll, as follows:

Finance; Chairman Gladden reported that with collections for occupa-
tional beer and •raise licenses and 'the one package store license
