The meeting was called to order by Tres. Brown with Mayor Vander.-
bough and all members of the Council present.
Pres. Brown read the notice for the meeting which had been called'
for the purpose of taking final action on Ordinances ,;146 and 147
and.for any emergency business that may come before the meeting.
Councilman Gladdens seconded by Councilman Bostwickt moved that
Ordinance #146 caption of which follows, be placed on third and
final reading In its entirety. Motion carried.

estimates on painting the City hall and had received an Differ of $925.00
