At this point, Councilman Bostvick joined the meeting.
Regular order of business was suspended to take up with 'Iffessrs. Renuar�
Bechard and Gautier the matter of working out an adjustment on certain
portions of PAL1.I L4ZAL11 IMIGHTS, and approve an amended plat reverting

these properties to tracts. Following examination of the plat, Council-
man Bostwick, seconded by Councilman Gladden, moved that it be ac-
cepted when completely executed and ready for the County Engineers
office, and that Resolution - 24 be read. I1otion carried.

that the City could exercise its control over the bus line only within
the limits of the municipality, that it was definitely a question as to
how far it could step out and control the inter -city business, and that
it ;vas also a question of law as to segregation. Following a brief
discussions Councilman Bostwick, seconded by Councilman Gladden] moved
that Ordinance ,.139, c;qption of which follows, be placed on its firs
readings in its entirety. Motion carried.
