back taxes now against this property, part of which is involved in a

the Murphy law. A tentative plat submitted still showed Pinelan Drive
{ it was suggested that inasmuch as this had been closed in other

portions or the subdivis;iong having never existed except on the plat,
they also eliniinate' it. Their offer of 03.00 per acre per year in
settlement o.f all outstanding City taxes was taken under consideration
and the Cleric instructed to check the records to see on what basis
such a settlement could stand. Mr. Renuart was also advised to try
to re -Mat his portion of BIRD RC: ESTATES and UNIVERSITY PARKt re
srectively (which are also in Quo 1darranto proceedings) and to make
an offer for settlement there;..
Mr. V. D. Bryant then returned to ask the Council - regarding the pro-
