that the new agreement be taken under consideration. Motion carried.

Regardless of what other action might be taken, it, wlas decided to re-
quest the reduction in candlepower and Councilman Gladden seconded
by Councilman 'Frown, moved tht>4t a letter be written, requesting the
Fla. Pow er a,il;ht Co. to reduce the 15 250 ep. CEB lights to 100 cp.
and the -1 150 J. 9' UG light to 75 ,"7.1 which will effect an annual
saving of approximately �82.4o. 1:I0ticn carried by poll, as follows:

The Council also aureed to Councilman Bostwick's suggestion that it
await further instructions from the 'City -:wttozrney- before taking; any
action on the new rate agreement.

The question of war damage insurance was brought up and Councilman
Browne seconded by Councilman .Bostwick, moved that the City take
out this insurance as itemizecy $4.05 premium on City Hall and con-
tents, b4.77 on Community Bldg. and contents2 and $4.65 on the
motorized equipments plus as much of an increase as po Bible on the
fire truck, for the equipment thereon. ri,,oton carried by poll, as

Sanitation. Mayor Vand'erboegh reported on the difficulties that were
being had with the McMyens to make him clean u_ his place. At this
time the question of the condition of Ted Crockett -'s place was also
raised and' Mayor Vanderboegh said he would speak with him about it. "
