A letter from J. N. Lummus, Jr., Dade County Tax Assessor, regarding
the filing or tangible ..and intangible personal tax returns was read
and Atty. %'ard advised that all officials and employee of the City
comply with his request.
The letter from St. Petersburg Pageant Committee, inviting South Miami
to place a .float in the forthcoming parade, was read and the Cleric
instructed to answei it, thanking them for the invitation but stating
that there are no provisions in the City's budget For such an undertaking.
