Councilman Thompson, seconded by Councilman Core, then moved that
Resolution #192 be adopted as read. notion carried.
Councilman Core reported that N. L. Thompson and B. Ericson had substi
tuidd
for 7.A. Crum during; his illness and in the course of discussion Council-
man Bennett, seconded by Councilman F ;ostyvicic, moved that all substitutes from
now on be paid at the rate of $2.00 per day ".;otion carried.
Councilman Core also reported that Sunset Drive evil. probably be resurfaced
by the County -this year.

In connection with the status of City tax certificates under fire t,:urphy Act,
Atty. ,lard stated that the Supreme Court had handed down its 4th opinion on
intejrpretation of the Murphy Act, and that at the Comptrolleris office they
