MINUTES OF THE RMULARi MEETIIPG
OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITT OF SOUTH MIAML FLORIDA.
held at the City Hall July 18, 1933 at 8100;09ciook P.M.
The meeting was called to order by the president of the council,
A. J. Deaver, those present being Muter peacock and Counoilmen Chubbuak,
Sohmacker, pest, Cordell, Metger, and Beaver.
The Clerk read the minutes of the Regular meeting of the City Council.
held June 20th, 1933 and of the Special meeting, held July 1 1933. There
being no corrections the minutes were adopted as read.
A commulostion from Judge wo As Foster to the Council asking the
City to stop dumpingthe City garbage in the rook pit on Milleer road,
osned by him, was read to the council and was referred to the Sanitary
committeeman for action.
Coannmioattons from the Secretary of the Florida league of M=101-
paiities' and from the Florida ns Manager ow the ?iec0netracti0n Finance
Corporation relative to municipal loa were also read to the Council.
Councilman Notger offered a motion that appropriation ordinance
No 66 be pat on its third and final reading. The motion vqs seconded by
oonuo,ilman Schnacker and was carried.
Ordinance NO 66 was reed in its entirety.
Councilman Motger mowed that appropriation ordinance No 66 be adopted
as read. Councilman Cordell seconded the motion which was adopted by a poll
of the vote as follows=

A motion was made by councilman Schwa leer that the cleric be inetruc-
-ted to write to the secretary of the Florida ?sagas of Municipalities In
regard to membership in that organisation. The motion was seconded by corm-
oilean Cordell and was oarrie4.
There being no further business the meeting adjourned in regular
