The meeting was called to order by the president of the council, PLlr. Beaver, those present being Mayor Peacock and Councilmen Yarborough, Chubbuck, Schmacker, :;lest, Cordell, 1,etger, and Beaver. The Clerk read the minutes of the last regular meeting held in the City Hall, LArch Sth,, 1933 . There being no corrections the minutes were'adonted as read. 'The following bills were placed before the council for approval and payment':- Florida Power and 1 ight Company Current 1iF ht bills 6.15' Southern Printers Stationery 7.50^ HarleyTs Service Station, Sanitary truck expense 20.74 Linscombs Service Station Police Car" Expense 16.16 Councilman 1etrpr moved that the bills be paid upon the approval of the Finance commissioner. The motion was seconded by councilman Cordell and carried unanimously as follows : - Yarborough ,yes .Test ye Chubbuck yes Wardell yes Schrracker yes - Eetger yes Beaver yes The request of Mr. .Marley, which Was tabled at the last regular meeting of the council to be brought tip £or- discussion at this meeting, Vm discussed at length. The council decided bast to leave the matter in the hands of the mayor. A motion vms made by councilman Chubbuck and seconded by councilman Cordell that the out building south of Sunset Drive owned by the Florida East Coast Railway Company be condemned and the Railroad Company be n6tified to disposeot same. The motion carried, unanimously. Mayor Peacock .made the sugl;estion that a committee be appointed to meet with Mudge Trap nel and the City Attorney, I.r. Sullivan relative to the intjunctinn ;suit involving the issuance of te:- deeds on City of South i.:iam tar_ certificates. '3,,r.
