Minutes of adjourned meeting of the City Council at City Hall °South Miami, 'Fla. Jtme
26 1931, at 8 P. M.
Predent were R. J. Lindley, president of the council, and councilmen, Smith,?Angerman,'
Bnrtashaw, Red, Shelleyq and Houser.
Attorney Tolson read a'letter from the' railroad Commission, regarding the hearing
held before the railroad commission at Tallahassee.
Attorney Nelson then read his opinion, as to legality of publishing, or Posting,
delinquent tax list which opinion was re
_p quested by the council at a previous meeting. .
After some discussion opinion was accepted.
The President then appointed Councilman Red and Clerk Yarborough, as a committee to
Interview, Mr Schmacher, in regard to securing.a reduction on the pr6ce of publishing,
delinquent taz list, Upon motion duly mode and sedoaded President Lindley, was added to the
committee. Motion carried.
Upon motion duly made seconded and carried council adjourned to meet again Tuesday
June 30th, 1931, at 8 P. M
