at formal hearing to be held before the Railroad Commission, at `Tallahassee and submit
testimony relevant to the maintenance of F.'E..C. Agency at South Mle2ni
ilhereas, The City Council Of South :iami9 r'lorida, has heretofore, on I..ay 5th, 1931
passed a resolution of protest requesting the "allroad ('0 nission to require the . "l

l And Whereas, certified copy said resolution has been forwarded to the Railroad ,Commiss-
ion, and subsequently, the ^ity attorney has been instructed, by the council to negotiate
and arrange for formal hearing, concerning which the commission inform the council that

And ,Ihereas, in the op4n>1dn of the 'ity Council such hearing should be held, on behalf
of the merchants and shippers of this community and for the public interFst, so that
testimony can be presented to the commission relevant to
