Chubbuck Minutes of adjourned regular meeting City Council, City 'Hall, Slay 13th, read, corrected and approved. "Motion made by Councilman Red that the services of Mr. Purvis of Purvis, Ring and Mahony, Bank of Bay Biscayne Bldg., Miami, be accepted in making an audit of all - accounts, assets and liabilities of the City of South Miami, Friday, May 22nd, 1931 at compensation of ;x35.00.. Duly seconded and carried unanimously by acclamation. 3ayor` roster then ordered the audit to be made: BILLS A bill of Florida East Coast ?1y. Co:., dated May 15th, 1931, for rent of Park was reed and ordered paid. A bill of Donald M. Teed, Finance. Councilman Shelley made partial report by letter from Florida Railroad Commission in regard to closing of F. E C. Ry. station at South MIAMI. President Lindley reported vacancy in the Council. Harry M. Hauser nominated by f,ouncilman Red to fill the vacancy. Dominations duly closed and Mayor Foster unanimously elected. - President Lindley then administered the oath of off ice and declared Mayor Foster to be Judge of the' 1Junicipal Court.
