Be it resolved by the city' council of the City of South Miami Florida, that resolution #57 adopted March 3rd. 1931 be and is hereby amended toread as followst f That Appilzcation be made to the legislature of The State of Florida for authority to hold an 'election or elections in the City of South Miami, Florida for the puapose of determining the followinw rWstions which have a risen by reason of the presentin- of the question of the antuiiment of the pre - sent City Charter-to the State legislaturers representing this district. lst.
