Vice - President Shelley called the meeting to )rder.
Councilmen ?yers and Geiger were absent.
The min-tes of the council meeting; of February 3rd, 1931
were read and aoorjv,ed,
Councilmen Core and Beaver ni ;e and seconded a motion which
bys?carried unatteeman beypai 11 that the bills as read And okayed
Councilmen Beaver and Core plc de and seconded a motion that wa.s
carried unani:na -sly by poll that Tho;nas 2hillios' appointment as
nolice officer by the Y.ayor be confirmed and that his SLlary be
fixed at the rate of X100.00 per month:
The Clerx then read the returns of the C'ty election held
February 10th, 1531 as ,filei with the President of the Council and
himself by the e'cction officers.
Councilmen Core and Beaver made and seconded a motion that
was carried unanimously by loll that the returns of the e ".ection

persons be declared to have been elected to the of ees set
