Councilmen I3eaver and Geiger made and seconded a motion that

CouncilmenGeiger and i;anshin made and seconded a motion that

Councilmen Shelley and Beaver made and seconded a: motion that
was carr'e i unanimously that 'William 1pmlinson be appointed to act
as clerk of the i'ection Hoard in the place of �7. G. Stang who is
unable to serve.
Councilmen treiger and S- hel.ley made and seconded a motion
that was carried unanimously by poll that the appo':!tment of
J F. Maples as police officer at yY100.03 i per month by the committee
be hereby confirmed.
The meeting was then adjourned in regular form.
