Eisfeller and Snyder were the only absentees. U The minutes of the meeting of January 15, 1929 were read and approved. Councilman Myers and Ross made and seconded a` motion w/h:ch was unanimously carried by poll that the following :resolution be adoptedt RESOLUTION NO. 42 AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR AND THE CITY CLERK OF AND ON 3E11.4LF OF THE CITY OF SOUTH MIAMI FLORIDA, TO EXECUTE AND DECLIVER TO FLORIDA PU-7TER- & LIGHT COMPANY A CERTIFICATE OF INDEBTEDNESS IN THE SUM OF t 1839.22. Councilmen Myers and Phillips made and seconded a motion which,', unanimously carried by poll that the bills as read; and okayed by proper committeemen be paid. `f I � Councilmen Ross and Myers made and seconded a motion which was unanimously Glrr.Lci by poll that the following items of the Dorn Properties Inc. bill be paid: 15 hrs. labor 412.53; 4 seats cement 44.00; glass 413.00, charge to C. F. Brundage, 6 yds rock 412400; glass 41.25; a total of 442.78. Councilmen Barrs and Ross made and seconded a motion which un- animously carried by poll that 450.00 be offered Dorn Properties Inc. in full settlement of bill for lumber for 4112.50 alleged to have been burned by city Forces.
