The Clerk read the minutes of the Council Meeting of Oct. 18 and Nov. 1, which were approved as read. This motion-was unanimously carried. The vote being five to one, I?�ident Paxson declared the motion carried. =— Councilman Janes moved and Councilman 21,artin seconded a motion that the following resolution be adopted: RESOLUTION NO.
