The Clerk called the roll. Councilman Dorn was the only°
absentee.
The Clerk read the minutes of the Council Meeting of Oct. 18
and Nov. 1, which were approved as read.
The Clerk was as-iced to request of County Commissioner Barfield
that the crossing at Red Road and the F.E.C. be put in a safe
condition as,,the road is wider than the R.R. crossing.
°Councilmen 3t4hg and B`rrs moved and seconded a motion -- that
the clerk refund ;89 50; to the Teleohone Co' When they pay "£heir

w Counclmen.:Barrs and Stang moved and seconded a motion that s

w the`Riviera Theater be refunded $62.50 when they pay their occupa-
tional license. This motion-was unanimously carried.
The clerk was_as;ied to collect the aoove mentioned licenses
,. at once as,, they are in arrears.
= Councilman hers moved and Councilman Janes seconded a motion
that Re oluton Pio. 35 and 35A as read by the clerk he adopted; on
polling the vote, Councilmen Stang, Janes, Martin', Yyers and

gularly" adopted.
Councilman Stand moved, Councilman M;jers seconded a motion
that improvement, bonds of the city be authorized in the slim of ,
, 100 OJO, or so'`�auch as may oe needed to complete the improvements
as ordered by 'Resolution #25.

_ Crouncilman Barrs voted no. The vote being five to one, I?�ident
Paxson declared the motion carried. =—
Councilman Janes moved and Councilman 21,artin seconded a motion
that the following resolution be adopted:
RESOLUTION NO. "33.
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE BORROWING BY THE CITY `
OF 30TTH TaAMI, FLORIDA, OF THE SUM OF $1000.00.

On polling the vote the motion was carried unanimously.
It was regularly moved,, seconded - and carried unan.imou.s, y
that the bills as read be paid.
The clerk then read Ordinance No. 34, the title of the same,
being:
