Minutes of the Regular Meeting of the City Council held
Tuesday evening,, September 6th,: 1927, at 8:00 P.M. in the

City Hall on Sunset Road;.
President Paxson called the meeting to order and the clerk v
called the roll. Councilman Martin was the only absentee.
The clerk read the minutes of the council meetings of

- August 16th and '30th, same „being approved as read.
Councilman Barrs moved and Councilman,, Janes seconded a
motion that L. H. Dasher be refunded $46.00 on his real estate
tax for 1926 as promised when the board of equalization sat.
Upon being pkt to vote the motion was carried unanimously.

of Commercial Larxins "Subdivision at a purchase price of $10,000000
cash subject to the affirmative vote of the people for bonds for
this purpose.
