Minutes of the Meeting of the City Council of the City of j
South Miami, held at 8 :00 P.M. in the City Hall on Sunset Road'
as advertised in the :South Miami Sun and as required by the
City,-.Charter for the _purpose of confirming or rejecting
Resolution #25. Said resolution orders certain improvements
put in, also to hear objections and to reject or, sustain same.
President of the Council, J. L. Paxson being absent,
Vice -Pres. - Martin took the chair and called the meeting to
order. The c1'erk called the roll. President Paxson was the
only absentee.
The clerk then read, Resolution No. 30- confirming Resolution
'No. 25.

5`. Councilman Dorn moved and Councilman Stang seconded a
motion that Resolution -#30 be adopted. rte:

A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING RESOLUTION NO. 25-ORDERING
HIGIiWAY IMPR9VE3.W; TS H -1, ,H -2, H -3, H -4 and H -5;
SIDEWALK IMPROVkY00T 8K -1; BRIDGE IMPROVMMNT RR -1.
V/HEREAS the City Council at a meeting held at '
the City Hall at 8:00 o'clock P.M., August 30, A. D.
1927, after legal notice, hear all objections presented
by interested persons to the confirmation�,of the
Resolution No. 25, "ordering Highway Improvements H -1,
H -2, H -3, H -4 and H -5; Sidewalk improvement Sn -1, and
Bridge ImDrovement 3R -1, and the plans and snec.fications
and estimate of cost thereof, and no objection was sus-
tained,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE r,'AYORAND
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH MIJU�I FLORIDA• •
That Resolution No. 25 adopted the 2uth day of t
July A.D. 1927, ordering Highway Improvements H -1, H -2, i
H -3, H -4 and H -5; Sidewalk Improvement SX -1, and Bridge'
Improvement BR -1, be, and the same is hereby confirmed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 30th day of Augas' .D
