'The Mayor then proceeded to swe�;r 'in Alderman J. B. Janes and
R. L. I:`artin.
The cleric then read the minutes of the meeting of Yarch is t, 15 7

The matter of electing a Ares adept of the town council for the
ensuing year was then token un by the me::hers of the council. A�derr�an
R. L. Martin nominated J. �.Pa: son for )resident. alderman J. .V. 3arrs
seconded the nominatiln. Alderman 111. G. Stang moved that the nomina-
tions be
closed, and Alderman J. B. Janes seconded the motion and u.non
being put to vote it

name of J. L. Paxson for •resident and the result
snowed him elected by a unanimous vote. J. 71.
Paxson was thereupon
declared duly elected a,-' president o.t' the Town Council, of the To�un of

Mr. mates and Mr. sor_ian, owners of uroTi rty in Royal Palm Villas
reported they had been unable to -'et 'Florida Power t- Light Go. to
furnish service to their home and asked that council tare some steps
to have ctirrent sunolied them. Tf,e clerz was iristructed to tare the
matter up with the Florida Power ° Lirht Co. and endeavor to get service
for homes in that vicinity:
A representative of the Du3oise Construction Co. rer:uested that
the b;e permitted to file surety bond and tare up certified check
which was deposited with Sid for construction of bridges in Cambridge
Lawn.
Alderman W. G. Stang made `a motion that c7_ern be authorized to
release certified check to Du3oise Construction on presentation by "them
of a surety bond, accepted by Attorney Su'.'ivan.. Motion was seconded by
Alderman J. B. Janes and when put to vote was carried, all. votes i being
in the affirmative.
