Martin nominated J. �.Pa: son for )resident. alderman J. .V. 3arrs seconded the nominatiln. Alderman 111. G. Stang moved that the nomina- tions be closed, and Alderman J. B. Paxson for •resident and the result snowed him elected by a unanimous vote. J. 71. Tf,e clerz was iristructed to tare the matter up with the Florida Power ° Lirht Co. and endeavor to get service for homes in that vicinity: A representative of the Du3oise Construction Co. rer:uested that the b;e permitted to file surety bond and tare up certified check which was deposited with Sid for construction of bridges in Cambridge Lawn. Alderman W. G. Stang made `a motion that c7_ern be authorized to release certified check to Du3oise Construction on presentation by "them of a surety bond, accepted by Attorney Su'.'ivan.. Motion was seconded by Alderman J. B. Janes and when put to vote was carried, all. votes i being in the affirmative.
