read as follows:
To the Members of the Town Council of the Town of So.Miami.,Fla. ,
Greetings:
You are hereby not`fled that there vrll be a Special-
call meeting of the Town Council of the Town of So;zth
AUamri., Fla., held Thursday evening, 'December 2nd, at 7:30
P.M., for the purpose of considering matters perttaining, to
charitable cases in the Town of South

The meeting was called to order by Mr. U. L. Paxson:, President'
of the Council.
The Clerk then called the roll and the following mentioned members
answered to the' roll call;: J. -,,. Paxson, Jno. fryers, W G. Stang,
H. W Dorn, J. 3. Janes,. and R. L. Martino
Alderman J W. I arrs was absent.
Mr. J. L. Paxson then stated the ourpose of the meeting.
After a discussion of the - maltter by the members of the Council,
Arr. H. 1. Dorn made a motion that Town Attorney J. C. Sullivan be
instructed to get the necessary information and -olace the ease of
A'rs. C. E. Roberts before the States Attorney of Dade County and
that the 'town cler�t be authorized to oay gars. Roberts 815.00 per
week until further notice and that Health Officer 0. 0. Underwood be
instructed to make examina'tiori of Mrs. Roberts and prescribe anything, `
necessary for her need
Motion was seconded by Alderman J. B. Janes and when put to
vote was carried all votes being in the affirmative.
There being no further business to come before the board, ,a
motion Was made by Alderman W. G. St ng to adjo -rn4.�
Motion was seconded by Alderman R. 7,. Istartin and upon bein
put to vote was carried all votes being "Ayer'.
