Council of the th IGiami held in the ;Town Hall on Sunset Road 'Wednesday Torn ng,So27Th at 6:30 P.M. , evening, Oct. c pars aa.1f, to call for, meeting issued by the Mayor which read as follows': "To the R'- embers " of the Town Council of; _the Town of So.lfliami, .,Greetings: You are hereby notified that a call meeting of the Town Council of the Town of South I�riami, Fla. _`rill be 7 held Wednesday evening, Oct. �?, 1926, at 6 :70 P.M. for a hearing and considering a resolution for the vuroose of offer.ring relief to citizens who had t:ieir private � garages destroyed in the storm of September 18th. (Signed) W. A. Foster, Mayor." The meeting, was called to Order b. J. :,. Paxson, President of the Council, The Clerx called the roll and found the following members present: J. il. Paxson, J. 71. Bairs,; Jno. ;MVer•s', J. B.. Janes and F.'N. Dorn. The President Mr. Paxson then slated the purpose of the meeting. Mr., J. W. Barra presented the following resolution and moved that it be adopted: C .0 Ct BE IT RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Town of South Miami that all property owners who had their private garages located in the rear of their �r3perty destroyed by the hurx'cane of September 18th be permitted to reconstruct them in the same i "nor in which they were originally guilt. This privilege to bu allowed for a oer iod of sixty days from date hereof. Sa This motion was seconded by Alderman J. B. Janes and upon dieing prat to vote was carried, all vites being in the affirmatives Mr. J. I,. Paxson thereupon declared the resolution duly passed and adopted as read, - There being no further business to come before, the meeting a motion was made by Jno. N.yers to adjourn.
