The meeting vas called to order bpi president raison.
The roll, was called by the town clerk and the following mentioned

The minutes of the last meeting iyere read and approved.

The aldermen_ then_ listened to:a talk by Ur. Leon Howe representing
Howe, Snow 6c Bertler regarding gays and means by which the town could be
financed through the issuing of bonds. Clerk was instructed to file 1,Ir.
