DEMOLITION NOTES:
I. THE GENERAL CONTRACTOR IS RESPONSIBILITY TO REPAIR OR
REPLACE EXISTING GYP. BOARD THAT IS DAMAGED BY DEMOLITION
AND /OR UNSUITABLE FOR NEW FINISHES.
2. J REMOVE EXISTING BASE AT ALL FLOOR ALAS SCHEDULED TO
RECEIVE NEW FLOOR FINISH ONLY.
3. REMOVE ALL EXISTING CARPETNG AND UNDERLAYMENT WHERE NEW
FLOOR FINISH IS INDICATED. CONTRACTOR SHALL REPAIR AND
PREPARE EXISTING FLOOR SLAB AS REQUIRED FOR INSTALLATION OF
NEW CARPET.
4. REMOVE EXISTING VINYL FLOORING IN ALL AREAS SCHEDULED TO
RECEIVE NEW FLOOR FNISI-L REPAIR EXISTING FLOOR AND PREPARE AS
REQUIRED FOR INSTALLATION OF NEW FLOOR FINISH.
5. THE GENERAL CONTRACTOR SHALL COORDINATE THE LOCATION OF
ALL ITEMS OF NEW WORK WITH THE EXISTING BUILONG CONDITIONS. IF
NECESSARY REMOVE AND RELOCATE ANY WALL ATTACHED OR
CEILING MOUNTED ITEMS THAT PREVENT THE PROPER INSTALLATION OF
NEW WORK AS DESCRIBED BY THESE DOCUMENTS. ADVISE
ARCHITECT OF ALL CONFLICTS PRIOR TO RELOCATION OF ANY ITEM.
6, THE GENERAL CONTRACTOR SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE TO PROTECT ALL
EXISTING SURFACES INDICATED TO REMAIN. EXISTING ITEMS OR FINISHES
THAT ARE DAMAGED ARE TO BE REPAIRED OR REPLACED AT NO
ADDITIONAL COST TO OWNER ALL EXISTNG FINISHES DAMAGED BECAUSE
OF DEMOLITION SHALL BE REPLACED TO MATCH EXISTNG. ITEM
1. THE OWNER SHALL BE PROVIDED WITH FIRST RIGHT OF REFUSAL FOR ALL
SALVAGEABLE MATERIALS SUCH AS BANK EQUIPMENT, DOORS AND
HARDWARE, GLAZING, PLUMBING FIXTURES ETC.
g, THE REMOVAL OF ANY EXISTING, MISCELLANEOUS BANKING
EQUIPMENT NOT CALLED OUT IN THESE DOCUMENTS SHALL BE
VERIFIED AND COORD. WITH OWNER

10. GENERAL CONTRACTOR TO BE RESPONSIBLE TO COORDINATE THE
PROPER REMOVAL OF ALL UNUSED, POWER DATA, ELEC, ALL BANK
EQUIPMENT BACK TO NEATEST JUNCTION BOX, COORDNATE WITH ALL
BANK EQUIPMENT VENDORS, DATA, ELEC. CONTRACTORS AND
SECURITY VENDORS.
II. REMOVE ALL EXISTING ACOUSTICAL TILE CEILING t GRID, ASSOCIATED
SUPPORTS ANY MISCELLANEOUS CEILING MOUNTED ITEMS.
12. REMOVE ALL WALLCOVERNG THROUGH OUT IT IS THE CONTRACTOR'S
RESPONSIBILITY TO REPAIR OR REPLACE EXISTING DRYWALL WHICH ARE
DAMAGED AND UNSUITABLE FOR NEW FINISHES.
13. EXTERIOR WALLS WHERE PERPENDICULAR WALLS HAVE BEEN REMOVED,
PATCH AND REPAIR EXTERIOR WALLS TO FLUSH CONDITION.
14. REMOVE ALL HARD TILE FLOOR AND SETNG BEDS. CONTRACTOR TO
PATCH AND REPAIR EXISTING FLOOR SLAB AS REQUIRED AFTER
DEMOLITION PROCESS TO PROVIDE PROPER SURFACE FOR NEW FLOOR
FINISH NSTALLATION.
15. REMOVE ALL LIGHT FIXTURES IN CEILING TO BE DEMOLISHED. DESPOSE
OF OF FIXTURES AND LIGHT TUBS AS REQUIRED OFF SITE.
16. REMOVE ALL EXISTING CABINET WORK BUILT -IN OR FREE STANDING. 11.
REMOVE ALL PLUMBING FIXTURES AND TRIM BACK TO REMAINING WALL OR
FLOOR SURFACE.
11. REMOVE ALL DIFFUSERS AND BRANCH DUCT WORK BACK TO MAN TRUCK
