- THE LANDLORD WILL OPERATE THE CENTRAL COOLING DURING NORMAL PUBLISHED BUSINESS HOURS. NO
PROVISION ARE AVAILABLE FROM THE LANDLORD SYSTEM FOR 24 HOUR COOLING OR HEATING.
- ANY UNUSED HVAC EQUIPMENT, DUCTWORK, PIPING, WIRING, ETC WITHIN OR SERVING THE DEMISED
PREMISES MUST BE REMOVED.
- TENANTS' LEASED SPACES SHALL BE DESIGNED SUCH THAT THE ENTRY DOORS ARE TO REMAIN CLOSED
WHILE HVAC SYSTEM(S) ARE IN OPERATION. LANDLORD'S BUILDING SYSTEM IS NOT DESIGNED TO ADEQUATEL
CONDITION TENANTS' RETAIL SPACES WITH THE ENTRY DOORS OPEN.
- KNOCKOUT PANELS, REMOVABLE CEILINGS OR WALL SECTORS SHALL BE PROVIDED FOR REMOVAL"/
REPLACEMENT OF EQUIPMENT LARGER THAT WILL FIT THROUGH THE MINIMUM STANDARD 24 "X24 ACCESS
SIZE.
- ALL UNEXPOSED SA AND OA DUCTWORK SHALL BE EXTERNALLY INSULATED WITH FIBERGLASS INSULATION
WITH VAPOR BARRIER.
- INTERNALLY LINED DUCTWORK MAY BE USED FOR ACOUSTIC PURPOSES ONLY, NOT AS A SUBSTITUTE FOR
EXTERNAL INSULATION.
- TENANT SHALL EMPLOY A BALANCING FIRM DESIGNATED BY THE LANDLORD. PROVIDE A CERTIFIED BALANCE
REPORT TO THE LANDLORD WHEN CONSTRUCTION AS COMPLETED.
