CONDITIONS FOUND ON SITE, THAT CONFLICT WITH THE CONTRACT DOCUMENTS. THE GC IS TO CLARIFY ANY SUCH
DISCREPANCIES WITH THE OWNER PRIOR TO COMMENCING WORK.
2. FIELD VERIFY ALL CONDITIONS AND DIMENSIONS PRIOR TO STARTING ANY WORK. GC IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL WORK AND
MATERIALS INCLUDING THOSE FURNISHED BY SUBCONTRACTORS AND TENANT.
3. LOCATE ALL EXISTING UTILITIES WHETHER SHOWN HEREIN OR NOT AND TO PROTECT THEM FROM DAMAGE. THE GC SHALL
BEAR THE EXPENSE OF REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF UTILITIES OR THE PROPERTY DAMAGED BY OPERATIONS IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE EXECUTION OF WORK AFTER LOCATED.
4, DRAWINGS ARE NOT TO BE SCALED. DIMENSIONS INDICATED ON DRAWINGS TAKE PRECEDENCE. LARGER SCALE DRAWINGS

CONDITION AT ALL TIMES, THIS SHALL INCLUDE ALL ADDENDA.
7. FOR CONSTRUCTION DETAILS NOT SHOWN ON THE PLANS, USE THE MANUFACTURERS APPROVED SHOP DRAWINGS/ DATA
SHEETS IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROJECT SPECIFICATIONS.
8. THE ARCHITECT AND ENGINEERS SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE MEANS, METHODS, TECHNIQUES, SEQUENCES OR
PROCEDURES OF CONSTRUCTION SELECTED BY THE CONTRACTOR.
9. THE GC WILL BE SOLELY AND COMPLETELY RESPONSIBLE FOR CONDITIONS OF THE JOB SITE INCLUDING SAFETY OF ALL
PERSONS AND PROPERTY DURING PERFORMANCE OF THE WORK. THIS REQUIREMENT WILL APPLY CONTINUOUSLY AND NOT
BE LIMITED TO NORMAL WORKING HOURS.
10. FIRE BLOCKS AND DRAFT STOPS SHALL BE PROVIDED IN ACCORDANCE WITH INTERNATIONAL AND LOCAL CODES. PROVIDE
FIRESTOPPING AT GAPS BETWEEN TOP OF COOLER /FREEZER AND WALLS.
11. PROVIDE SOLID WOOD BLOCKING IN STUD WALLS AS REQUIRED TO SUPPORT WALL MOUNTED FIXTURES, FURNISHINGS AND
EQUIPMENT.
12. STRUCTURAL LUMBER EXPOSED TO EXTERIOR OR IN CONTACT WITH CONCRETE OR MASONRY SHALL BE PRESSURE TREATED.
13. ALL CONCEALED INSULATION SHALL HAVE A FLAME SPREAD RATING OF 25 OR LESS AND A SMOKE DEVELOPED RATING OF
