THE CONTRACTOR SHALL PAY ALL FEES FOR PERMITS NECESSARY FOR PROPER COMPLETION OF WORK, UNLESS NOTED OTHERWISE. 10. SHOULD THE CONTRACTOR OBSERVE ERRORS, DISCREPANCIES OR OMISSIONS IN THE CONTRACT DOCUMENTS, HE SHALL PROMPTLY NOTIFY THE ARCHITECT REQUESTING CLARIFICATION.
