1. The air handling unit shall be started from the building automation yetem (BITS) based on a programmed time schedule or by the timed override
pushbutton located at the local thermostat.
2. On a start command, the fan shall run and the fan status switch shall prove flow. if after an adjustable time delay. the fan faile to start, a fan failure
alarm shall be sent to the BAS computer.
3. The outside air damper shale open to the set dm requirements.
4. Exhaust fan hF -1 shall be tnterlodad to start whwwar WW -1 Is In the men pled mode.
4. A supply air sensor shall modulate the chilled water valve to mantatn set temperature at 551 ( adjustable). The space thermostat will modulate the duct
heater to maintain pprice temperature.
& Provide graphic display @croons at the BAS computer for all points used for manta tfq. control and diagnostics of the air handlkq unit controller.

FAN SPEEDS Will BE DISABLED. IF THE FAN SPEED IS MAKMLLY SELECTED, THE SPEED T59 DIGITAL DISPLAY
ALGORITHM WILL BE DISABLED AND THE FAN SPUD WILL RUN AT THE COMMANDED SPEED WHEN THERMOSTAT W/SE
REQUIRED. ON A RISE IN SPACE TEMPERATURE ABONE COOLING SETPOINT, THE CHILLED WATER A DUST AND OVER
VALVE SWILL MODULATE OPEN. ON A FALL IN TEMPERATURE BELOW COOLING SEiPOINT, THE VALVE
%IALL MODULATE CLOSED. ON A FURTHER DROP IN TEMPERATURE BELOW HEATING SETPOINT. THE
