THE GENERAL CONTRACTOR SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PROVIDING ALL LABOR, EQUIPMENT AND SERVICES TO PROPERLY EXECUTE THE DEMOLITION AND REMOVAL WORK INDICATED ON THESE CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS. 02 THE CONTRACTOR SHALL VISIT THE SITE AND INSPECT THE EXISTING BUILDING AND VERIFY THAT ALL ITEMS INDICATED TO BE EXISTING AND SO MARKED ON DRAWINGS ARE IN PLACE AND CORRECT. 03.
