9. CONDUCT DEMOLITION OPERATIONS AND REMOVAL OF DEBRIS TO ENSURE
MINIMUM INTERFERENCE WITH ROADS, STREET WALKS, OTHER ADJACENT
OCCUPIED SPACE OR USED FACILITIES.
