A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF SOUTH MIAMI,
FLORIDA,RELATING TO BOARDS AND COMMITTEES;
RE-APPOINTING CAROL MARK,TO SERVE ON THE
ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW AND PRESERVATION BOARD
FOR A TWO YEAR TERM ENDING MAY 15,2008;AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS,The Mayor and Commission recognize the important contributions
madebythosewhoserveonthevariouscityboardsandcommittees,andwishtoappointa
full complement toeach of theactive boards and committees;and
WHEREAS,The City Commission desiresto re-appoint CarolMarkto serve fora
two year term on the Environmental Review and Preservation Board.Appointment shall
expire May 15,2008oruntila successor isduly appointed and qualified.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF SOUTH MIAMI,FLORIDA,THAT:
Section 1.The City Commission hereby re-appoints Carol Mark tothe
Environmental Review and Preservation Board.
Section 2.The expiration date of this appointment shall be May 15,2008 or
untila successor is duly appointed and qualified.
Section 3.This resolution shalltakeeffect immediately upon approval.
