A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR &CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
SOUTH MIAMI,FLORIDA,RELATING TO BOARDS AND COMMITTEES;
APPOINTING LORIE YANOSHIK TO SERVE ON THE BUDGET AND
FINANCE COMMITTEE FOR A TERM ENDING SEPTEMBER 30,2006;AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS,the Mayor and Commission recognize the important
contributions made by those who serve on the various city boards and
committees,and wish to appoint a full complement to each of the
active boards and committees;and
WHEREAS,the City Commission desires to appoint Lorie Yanoshik to
serve on the Budget and Finance Committee.Appointment shall expire
September 30,2006 or until a successor is duly appointed and
qualified.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF SOUTH MIAMI,FLORIDA,THAT:
Section 1.The City Commission hereby appoints Lorie Yanoshik to
the Budget and Finance Committee.
Section 2.The expiration date of this appointment shall be
September 30,2006,or until a successor is duly appointed and
qualified.
Section 3.This resolution shall take effect immediately upon
approval.
