RESOLUTION NO. 61-06-12202 A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF SOUTH MIAMI, FLORIDA,RELATING TO BOARDS AND COMMITTEES; APPOINTING BRADLEY CASSEL TO SERVE ON THE PENSION BOARD FOR A TWO YEAR TERM ENDING APRIL 17,2008;AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS,The Mayor and Commission recognize the important contributions madebythosewhoserveonthevariouscityboardsandcommittees,andwishtoappointa full complement to each of the active boards and committees;and WHEREAS,The City Commission desiresto appoint Bradley Cassell toservefor atwoyeartermonthe Pension Board.Appointment shall expire April 17,2008oruntila successor is duly appointed and qualified. NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF SOUTH MIAMI,FLORIDA,THAT: Section 1.The City Commission hereby appoints Bradley Cassell tothe Pension Board. Section 2.The expiration date of this appointment shall be April 17,2008 or untila successor is duly appointed and qualified. Section 3.This resolution shalltake effect immediately upon approval.
