Background: On June 10,2014,application No.T-14-007 for tentative plat review was filed withthePlanning&Zoning Department bythe owners of the property, Lawrence and Pamela Lahiff,in order to enlarge their property located at 5959 SW 61 Street (Figures 1&2). ThePlanning&Zoning Department conducted areviewof application No.T- 14-007 fora tentative platofthe referenced property,andthe three abutting properties ownedby the applicants.The proposed replat willnot create any additionalnewsinglefamilyresidentiallots,but rather simply adjust existing lot lines to increase the lot area of 5959 SW 61 Street.
