SET-BACK IS REOUIRED AND DENYING A VARIANCE REOUEST TO
PERMIT AN IMPERVIOUS COVERAGE OF 0.52 WHERE ONLY 0.40
IS ALLOWED,BOTH VARIANCES REOUESTED BY MR.AND MRS.
JOHN SCHAEFFER FROM THE PLANNING BOARD OF THE CITY OF
SOUTH MIAMI.FLORIDA FOR A SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE AT
6060 S.W.85TH STREET,SOUTH MIAMI,FLORIDA
WHEREAS,Mr.and Mrs.John Schaeffer reauested the Plannina
Board of the Citv of South Miami for variances to oermit (1)a5
feet ser-back where a 7.5 feet set-back is reauired,and (2)an
imDervious coverage of 0.52 where only 0.40 is allowed,both
variances for a sinale familv residence at 6060 S.W.85th
Street.South Miami,Florida,which property is legally described
the North 1/2 of Lot 3,Block 6,SNAPPER CREEK GROVES SUB
DIVISION,accordina to the Plat thereof,as recorded in Plat
Book 44 ar Paae 88 of the Public Records of Dade County,Florida;
WHEREAS,on ADril 24.1990 the Planning Board voted to
aDDrove variance reauest no.1 bv a4-3 vote and to denv
variance reauest no.2 bv a5-2 vote:and
WHERKAS.the Citv Commission Staff ReDort recommended denial
or ootn reauests:
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY
COMMISSION UF THE CITY OF SOUTH MIAMI,FLORIDA:
