WHEREAS,the applicant has requested a waiver of plat
to create two building sites where one presently exists and the
staff recommendation is for approval;and
WHEREAS,ata public hearing on March 13,1990,the
Planning Board voted 4-1 to grant the request,
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND THE
CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF SOUTH MIAMI,FLORIDA:
Section 1.That a waiver of plat to create two
building sites where one presently exists on property legally
described as:
Lot 11 and 12,less the West 25 feet
thereof,of Block 1,a resubdivision
of Block 5 and 6,and the North 1/2
of Block 15 of Biltmore Heights,as
recorded at Plat Book 39,Page 1,
of the public records of Dade County,
Florida,a/k/a 5757 Southwest 49th
Street,South Miami,Florida.
