Agenda Item PB-89-036 WHEREAS,the applicant has requested to waive the regular platting procedure and the staff recommendation is for approval; and WHEREAS,ata public hearing on January 9,1990,the Planning Board voted 6-0 to grant the request. NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF SOUTH MIAMI,FLORIDA: Section 1.That a request to approve waiver of plat on property legally described as: The West 212.0 feet of the North 253.0 feet of the South 528.0 feet of the NE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 AND the South 275 feet of the NE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 LESS the East 325 feet of the South 275 feet thereof of Section 36,Township 54 South,Range 40 East,Dade County,Florida,Less the North 25 feet thereof for Road a/k/a S.W.58th Avenue and S.W.86th Street,South Miami,Florida is hereby granted.
