Res. No. 083-08-12680WHEREAS, The Mayor and Commission recognize the important contributions
made by those who serve on the various city boards and committees, and wish to appoint a
full complement to each of the active boards and committees; and
WHEREAS, The City Commission desires to re-appoint Michael Bedell to serve
for a two year term on the Environmental Review and Preservation Board. Appointment
shall expire May 19, 2010 or until a successor is duly appointed and qualified.
Section 1. The City Commission hereby re-appoints Michael Bedell to the
Environmental Review and Preservation Board.
Section 2. The expiration date of this appointment shall be May 19, 2010 or
until a successor is duly appointed and qualified.
Section 3. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon approval.
