HISTORY TO ITS CITIZEN TO ACCOMPLISH THIS A PLAI MUST BE DEVELOPED TO REVEAL THE MEANING • MEANINGFUL EVENTS IN THE CITY'S 81 YEAR EXISTENC PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. The City Commission should immediately appoint a 12 member development board for a one-year tenure. And to name at least three alternates. Section 2. All citizen as viewed as equals participants. Section 3. The celebration will last one week and is hoped to be an annual event as Founder's Findings covering June 27 th Page 1 of 2 Res. no. 194-08-12791 Section 4. Included in the multi-varied activities will be a period (1920's) dress-up day; auto drive display, music, store window sets , with prizes for the best restaurants feature food favorites, and last day street stroll downtown. Section 5. This is a purposely planned time of recognition to bring together the many different people and families to live up to our reputation as The City of Pleasant Living. Section 6.
