First Budget Hearing
September 12, 2013
A. ORDINANCE(S) FIRST READING -PUBLIC HEARING(S)
The following members of the City Commission were present: Mayor Stoddard,
Commissioner Newman, Commissioner Harris,Commissioner Welsh.
The following members of the City'Cqmrnission w~re absent: Vice Mayor Liebman.
Also in attendance were: City AttorneyThom~s F. Pepe, Esq., City Manager Steven
Alexander, City Clerk Maria M. Menendez, CMe.
18 The City Manager conducted a presentation maihly referring to the revisions to the
19 July 30, 2013 version.of the proposed budget subsequent to the Budget Workshop. The
20 summary of the revisions were outlined in a memorandum presented to the Commission.

1. An Ordinance levying the millage .of 4.3639 which represents a 0% increase
from the City's current rate and approximately 4.32% increase over the rolled-
back rate of 4.1830, for the fiscal year 2013-2014.
