We have the right buyers that need them. Let us connect your assets with our buyers. We do more than sell your surplus assets. Our company will make sure your inventory is correct, valuate, supervise new owner's vehicle transfers, collect payment and pay sales taxes on your behalf. Also, vehicle's titles can be missing, we can take care of that, and order vehicle title duplicates when they are needed. If you don't have enough surplus property to warrant the sale or do not have your City's approval to conduct an auction at your location-not a problem, City of Hialeah's Mayor, Carlos Hernandez has granted us permission to invite any city or municipality to bring their surplus to the Multi-City Surplus Auction held periodically at the Hialeah Police Department grounds located at 5555 E 8th Ave, Hialeah, FL 33013. Hialeah Gardens Auto Tag Agency distributes all vehicles' titles to their new owners. City Public Auctions vs. Online Auctions? We are often asked, what are the differences between our live auction and other online auctions? Here is what our auction has proven to provide for you. o We are licensed, insured and bonded professional auctioneers that can clearly communicate with our local Hispanic community buyers. o Your surplus will generate higher revenues in front of a live audience engaged in competitive bidding, in addition, giving the buyer a preview of the surplus adds more value to the assets. o All of your surplus will be sold. At our live auction, we collect buyer's real identity and credentials. To this date we have never had a buyer abandon a purchase. o We have provisions to ensure vehicles are officially transferred into the new owner's name. o You won't continue to store vehicles after they have been sold. Pursuant to the terms of our auction, buyers must pick up their purchases immediately and are always eager to do so. o Your City's Fleet Management staff won't spend hours uploading detailed information and images to an online auction site. We will upload all of your surplus speCifications online to our site and other licensed auctioneers' sites and use extensive online marketing tools. o Most cities are required to advertise their surplus sale in the local newspaper; we take care of this for you. We place newspaper ads for two consecutive weeks and give you a copy for your records. Proceeds and auction reports 7 days after the auction is concluded you will receive the proceeds and detailed reports from your auction. What do we charge? Your City or Municipality will not incur any expenses. 10% buyer's premium is added to each final bid price as earned commission and is paid solely by the bidder. And finally, we recognize that every City likes to conduct business in a unique way, what works for other cities may not be right for yours. We are in the business of helping you dispose and monetize your surplus. If you would like to use our services but need to change the terms of the auction just let us know so we can get together and implement the right solution for you. \iVe have beer! the leaders in cha the auctioll ind in fl1aking our services transparent nd 2c:L3Y to understancl fo( our and sellers.
