A Resolution relating to boards and committees; appointing Sally Philips, to
serve on the City Manager Selection Committee.
WHEREAS, the Mayor and Commission recognize the important contributions made by
those who serve on the various City boards and committees, and wish to appoint a full
complement to each of the active boards and committees; and
WHEREAS, the Commission has created the City Manager Selection Committee
consisting of five members, to work with the Human Resources Manager and staff to evaluate
candidates and to make recommendations to the City Commission for the hiring of a City
Manager.
WHEREAS, Mayor Stoddard wishes to appoint Sally Philips to serve on the City
Manager Selection Committee.
WHEREAS, the City Commission desires to appoint Sally Philips to serve on the City
Manager Selection Committee for a term ending ______ _
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF SOUTH MIAMI, FLORIDA, THAT:
